Italian WW2 Carcano Bayonet Italian WWII Carcano Bayonet #2 Italian WWII Carcano Bayonet #3 Italian WWII Carcano Bayonet #4 Italian WWII Carcano Bayonet #5
Made in 1941 by C. Gnutti with original leather scabbard and frog.
This is a great example of an Italian Carcano model 1891 bayonet.
The bayonet has a 11.75 inch / 30 cm clean fullered blade and measures 16.25 inches / 41.3 cm overall.

The cross guard is straight with muzzle ring to one side and ball terminal to the other. The muzzle ring is slightly dented. It has slab wood grips and a steel pommel. The cross guard is stamped 'R618' on one side and C Gnutti = 1941 on the other. The bayonet is complete with its tooled leather scabbard which has blackened steel mounts. Also included is the bayonet's supple leather frog. The leather scabbard and frog are undamaged and all stitching is intact.

This is a very nice bayonet and not easy to find in such good condition.
